Some of the PRISM team members have recently been awarded a new grant to look at the effects of premature birth on mathematics achievement and schooling. The project will use existing data to investigate:
- The long term consequences of maths and other learning difficulties.
- Whether delayed or deferred school entry benefit very preterm children’s school performance.
- What teachers and parents know about the outcomes and schooling problems of preterm children.
